Many men get older, but few truly grow up. Society has lost the rituals that turn boys into men.

The Young Men’s Rites of Passage (YMROP) is a 5-day transformative encounter designed to awaken young men (ages 20–30) to the adventure of their own maturity, masculinity, and deep spirituality.

This is not a traditional workshop or therapy. It is an experiential initiation realized only through personal practice. We use immersion in nature, the practice of Council (listening and speaking from the heart), and radical belonging to guide you to a threshold only you can cross.
